If you are like me, migraines since I was 14, you have bought every gadget, cream, &pill to alleviate the pressure. Mine is on my right eye area every time. I was given one similar to this one & lost it. I was so upset bc it was something i couldnt live w/out. I found this one on amazon, when i recvd it it didnt feel the same etc so i requested a refund. Seller told me to keep it & issued refund w/out hesitation. Awesome. I tried looking for a replacement and gave up. Pulled this out & started using it 10 +migraines ago. I now dont sleep w/out it. I would like to pay for it again out of good faith and apologize for not giving it a moment when i first got it. It has the right material. Feels cold when u need it. Warm if temp heats up. And the thing i cant do without is the compression. It is perfect and helps tremendously! I dont even know if u can heat up or make colder. Ill have to ck but as far as the product, it is top notch. Thank u to the seller! Cant sleep without it.

Migraine caps do work
I love these migraine caps. I’ve had it for over a year, but it is starting not to stay cold for more than a few minutes. They used to last longer so they don’t work as long as they did when I first got.
