Strong, durable and full control with no automatic shut-off
This is my second one. The first, which is identical, lasted about 1-1/2 years of use at about 3-4 days a week. For this price range massager, I consider that a huge win. It was time to order a new one hoping it was still the same quality and so far, everything checks out. What separates this model over many others is the way you control the massager. It has an in-line toggle on/off switch which allows you to make it go clockwise or counter clockwise with heat, thats it. No 15 minute timer that automatically shuts off the massager or useless features. You control it’s direction and amount of time you want a massage. That is all you need. Most of these pillow massages have built in timers and the massager nodes auto switch directions ever minute or two. That may seem convenient but if you’re working on a knot, and just want to let the massager to get it done, you’re out of luck. The simple controls on this model makes it my go to. And it’s strong and durable to boot. Totally recommend this one!

Massager to knead away your stress!
I tend to carry stress in my neck and shoulders and get very tight knots at night where I cannot sleep at times. And scheduling a deep tissue massage at 10 P.M. or midnight is not an option, unfortunately. I was desperate to find a massage tool to help relieve my neck and shoulder pain that keeps me up at night. I have several neck and shoulder tools that I use but they just werenât living up to my expectations. I needed something more intense and consistent in helping me to relax. After some research, I came across the Viktor Jurgen massage pillow, and Iâm so happy I did! This plug-in portable massager has 4 rotating balls along with the option to turn on the âheatâ mode (turns red when on), also comes with a car connector so you can use it in your car. What I love about this massager is the consistent power it provides, and it stays on without overheating or the motor ever stopping. I can press my neck and shoulders deep into the massager and it does not lose its kneading, rotating power, and I have spent over an hour on it most times. This is super amazing because when my neck is super tense, I need maximum strength to loosen those knots. Although the heat option is not too hot, but you can certainly feel the warmth while giving off a calming effect. The motor noise is not too loud where it would be too annoying, but if Iâm watching tv while on it, I would have to turn up the volume a few notches. One thing I would add to the improvement of this product would be to have the balls spaced out a bit farther apart because I find myself having to move and adjust my body to allow the rotating balls to hit the right spot, and in doing so, one side of my neck is not getting massaged properly. Overall great product at a very fair price point. I would recommend buying it!

Who need a massage
After a long day this massage really hits the spot and is very relaxing. Put it on the back of your neck while listening to peaceful music. And it can be like a personal spa day in the living room if you do it right lol

It is very good until it stops working
So I got this massager in Oct -2024. I used this extensively. it was good, Up until 2 -3 weeks ago from this date. One of the rotator stopped working with mode 2 i tried to reach product support NOT expecting a return or refund or a new product but support and communication from the product team. I say that because the product is very good until it stops working or ends up with an issue. I raised the issue hoping to receive some response from the team, but no surprise. I raised it twice in last 2 weeks. Finally today I reached out to Amazon team and they helped me further with a minimal refund. I would like some other similar product and I am up to get one where not only the product is good but the support team is atleast up for starting a communication link.

I got ripped off on the purchase price for an item that doesn’t work well and now am expected to fork out money for the return shipping to another country. Don’t waste your time or money on this one. The price fluctuates greatly too. $60-$125. Don’t pay top dollar and then get stuck with a junk massager like I did.
