Good little contraption
That this is good temporary product, the I arts in plastic should be steel,then it was be excellent. Some of the plastic pieces can chip off until I learned how to use it, so now I have to buy a new one and be careful to line the blades up.You have to put a chunk of cut meat to fit in that space, and then hold on to the knife blade with a rubber glove and use a sawing motion to cut back and forth

Fantastic. I prepare oriental dishes that require very thin cuts of meat. This is perfect. ( Make sure you read how to use it and heed the placement of your hands. Luckily I only have a small cut on my finger. )

This product was a waste of money. The meat has to be about 2 in long and even then it won’t slice.it’s supposed to have suction on bottom te keep it from move6and dosed work. If I could rate it a 0 I would

Works well enough for the price…but could be better.
Very skeptical when I bought this. I use this setup to make beef jerky with cheaper cuts of lean meat. Works well for what it is. I generally got slices that were very even. Normally I would get the meat very cold so that it’s a little stiff for easier cutting. With this setup, I found it works better with fully thawed meat.A couple of areas I would improve:- The actual bin where would put the meat for slicing is rather small. Since I’m cutting for jerky, it’s okay to have smaller pieces…but that’s about all I will use it for.- The blades are sharp, and you have to be careful too make sure to line the blades up properly with the slots. When cutting, I can see where folks might have issues getting cut.- The meat holder comes with a suction cup. I found it useless…until I got it a little wet…then it works much better.

This oddball gizmo worked surprisingly well. I really thought it would be a joke gadget. But not so! This charming cutter is the perfect tool for making Mongolian Beef and Cashew Chicken dishes. Once the meat is cut to fit the device, it’s done in a flash! Sliced to thin perfection.It’s much easier to clean than I expected, too. So, just for fun, get one of these unique meat slicers and save yourself some time and trouble in the kitchen. You will be surprised as well.

Awesome Jerky Slicer
Makes quick work of jerky slicing with quick clean-up. This replaced my hand-crank jerky slicer. No point in dragging it out any more.
