Worth it!!
This book is well worth it, if you have an issue with gluten or dairy. I have an issue with both. She tells you what to buy ahead of time. I can’t wait to try some of the recipes.

Awesome
I’m a pastry chef and my Mom recently developed a gluten allergy and this book is really helpful in teaching me about good substitutions in baking! I’ve tried out 5 recipes so far and they have all been delicious

Great ideas
If you’re someone that can’t process gluten you’ve realized that the American diet consists on gluten. How many days can you live without gluten? Think about the ads for food on billboards, or look in the cereal or frozen food aisles with options. This book tries reengineering favorite foods for gluten allergic options. I haven’t tried any yet but I’m looking forward to eat tiramisu again

Iâm so excited!
First of all, as a cookbook, Beckyâs book is beautiful and so well laid out. I have been following Becky on Instagram for a while now, and as soon as I saw that sheâd come out with a cookbook, I pre-ordered immediately! I am so excited to try these recipes! What really makes me excited though, is that Becky âgetsâ it. Having celiac/food intolerances can be incredibly isolating and lonely. Through making this cookbook of bucket list recipes with staple ingredients, she is making ânormalâ food accessible to us again. This is more impactful than just being able to eat a delicious meal, though. Through this book, Becky has made our lonely celiac hearts feel seen and celebrated. Thank you! Xx

Finally got it! I was waiting for this impatiently! Itâs definitely a must have for anyone who has to follow a gluten-free diet and suffers from other intolerances as well.Lovely and useful, rich in tips and tricks and offers a huge variety of recipes! Becky always has your back covered, sheâs a gluten-free fairy godmother!

I adore this book and highly recommend it for anyone wishing to cook gluten free food that doesn’t taste like it’s gluten free. My coeliac disease was detected over 20 years ago and I have spent many hours cooking & experimenting to create tasty GF food. Not always successfully; even though recipe makers have given the recipes names like ámazing’ and ‘the best ever’.The recipes in this book are simple and use readily available ingredients. I have decided to only make gluten free recipes when I can source ingredients locally – not interested in purchasing products on line anymore cause if you have to buy online they are mostly odd and hard to find products that usually end up going off in your pantry as you don’t use them often enough.Becky gives us the recipes we want for foods we usually have to forego as what is available commercially is not gluten free eg. Doner kebabs and KFC. There are so many things I want to cook from this cookbook – it has become my bible.I started with the Crusty White Sandwich bread – and OMG it is the first GF bread I have made EVER that actually has the texture and taste of wheat bread. I have made thousands of loaves of bread over the years, using so many different recipes. The majority are cake like in texture or very close & heavy & take on the taste of the flour you use. Becky’s bread is so different and not difficult to make. The crust is wonderful and for me one of the things I miss most in GF food is the crunch and texture of wheat based food. Please buy this book if you require or want great tasting gluten free food. I intend to work my way through all the recipes. A huge thank you to Becky for her experiments and putting the recipes into an affordable, colourful cookbook.
