Stripper and chopper
I was looking for an easier way to strip the leaves from my herbs, this works well for different types of leaves. I didn’t notice the bottom blade when I purchased it, I can cut the leaves and not have to wash an additional knife! So versatile, design for each herb, easy to use, and quality of material makes this a great value for the money.

My favorite stripper!
I ordered this a while ago but just tried it today. I wanted a bunch of thyme leaves without the stem. So I remembered this tool and started stripping thyme leaves and blossoms from the stems. It worked great!Why not fingers? Sometimes fingers work better and sometimes you end up pulling off too much stem. If that happens use this tool.

Hard to chop with
I love how this pulls the herbs off the stems so easily! The Blade part however, is not the best. Itâs super sharp, but it needs to be more rounded so you can rock it. You just have to do a flat chop with this one and it doesnât really work like that when youâre chopping herbs in my opinion. Itâs also very small and for someone with small hands thatâs saying a lot. Itâs hard to keep your grasp on it when it doesnât rock

Not Too Sure About This Tool
My first time using this was to strip “dill.” Not sure I was doing it right, but it was easier to strip it by hand than to use this tool. I’m going to try using it on something like a big bunch of parsley. Not sure it will work better. BTW, there are no instructions on the box on how to use this tool.

Surprisingly High Quality and it Works!
This is surprisingly high quality and was easy to use. I used it for parsley, but it can be used for Rosemary – which I think will be extremely helpful. It pulls off the leaves perfectly.
