Handy for home meal prep
This is a nifty little gadget that should come in handy for various meat shredding uses. I often slow cook pork or chicken, and this little shredder should do the trick when I need the meat shredded. Itâs compact, which is fine for my modest meat shredding needs. I didnât want anything too large due to storage constraints.I am knocking off one star for the plastic construction material. Itâs the hard, brittle kind of plastic that is prone to cracking and splitting.This is not a pricey item, so probably worth it if youâre looking for something to use now and again for small to moderate amounts of food.

Didnât Know How to Use It at First â But Glad I Tried It!
Iâll be honestâI wasnât totally sure how this thing worked when I ordered it. I just saw the pictures and thought it looked kinda fun, so I figured why not give it a shot.Tried it out and itâs actually super easy once you get the hang of it. Just toss in some cooked chicken, twist the top a few times, and it shreds really nicely. Way faster (and less messy) than using forks.Itâs also fun to watch through the clear lid while itâs doing its thing. Definitely a random kitchen gadget I didnât know Iâd enjoy this much. Works great for tacos, salads, or meal prepâwould recommend just for the convenience (and the fun).

Average quality, inconvenient to use
The blade is not sharp, and sometimes you need to use force to cut the chicken. The design is not very convenient. It takes a lot of effort to cut the chicken. It is quite strenuous to use, and even your hands will feel uncomfortable. What makes me even more disappointed is that during the cleaning process, food is easily stuck in the blade, which is very troublesome to clean. For someone like me who cooks frequently, it is really not very practical.
