How can I determine if this airplane travel pillow is compatible with the flight I’m booked on?
Generally, for flights with a duration of 5 hours or more, the airplane travel pillow can be used.
Does it work on budget airlines without headrests?
The SSNH001 model travel pillow does not work for the airline without headrests. However, SSNH002 Upgraded Travel Pillow is for the budget airlines without headrests.
Is this washable?
The travel pillow kit is washable. We suggest hand wash in water below 40°C.
How do I use this Travel Pillow?
1. Secure the two straps around the headrest of the airplane.
2. Attach the eye mask onto the pillow.
3. Position the eye mask and ensure it is firmly attached.

Saved My Life on a Long-Haul Flight! âï¸I normally donât leave reviews, but I had to share this one. I flew over 10 hours with 3 connecting flights to get to Europe, and this eye mask was an absolute lifesaver. Itâs soft, super comfortable, and way better than I expected.At first, I thought it might hurt my neck or feel awkward while sitting, but it turned out to be amazing, so good that I honestly donât know how to explain it. You just have to try it for yourself. Once you do, youâll fall in love with it too!

It works
(Please do not mind my hair)I probably slept more on this recent plane ride than usual. This holds your head well, and I found that it saves my back because I usually end up leaning forward on the tray to try to sleep.The Velcro on this is the real hero of this device. It is STRONG. I suggest keeping the little fabric squares it comes with when youâre done to put it back on there. The Velcro ends up snagging sometimes of the headrest when not in use and kinda makes it look pilly/stringy but that has no bearing on its function.The other thing to note is being Able to position the eye mask side into various positions depending if you wanna try to rest your head slightly to the side or forward.It did not work if the plane seat doesnât have the headrest with the sides that flip inward. Luckily that was just more of a commuter plane and I wasnât on that one too long.

Good head support.
I got this for my upcoming trip to UK. But couldn’t resist to use it rather for my road trip to Miami. Absolutely impressed by this product. Held my head in good position while resting and the eye shield is a plus. Felt relaxed. Buying couple more for my family members.

Didnât work for me
I thought this would be more comfortable but it ended up just hurting my neck.I used for two trans-Atlantic flights and I couldnât use it for more than 1-2 hours before having to take it off. Not sure if itâs just this brand or if this whole idea doesnât work for me but I could t get it to be comfortable.

Really helped me since my head always fell forward with normal neck pillows. Easy to install and remove, very small when packed away and very light but still comfortable. What is really nice is that the eye cover works really well and provides absolute darkness if one leans forward.
