Gives great support. Easy to use. Hood is the best part. Itâs light weight and covers the eyes and face. The only issue is the Velcro seems to be easily pulled off the product. It didnât but I was very careful disconnecting it from the other piece of Velcro.

This was very comfortable and helped me sleep well on a transatlantic flight. The hood really helped keep out the lighting, which allowed me to sleep. It was warm, though.

3.5 starsFits around my neck and holds up my head. It crunches down fairly small for my carry on. Itâs still a lot to carry but better than other types. When it got super hot on the plane I couldnât use it because this neck pillow is pretty warm. The Velcro is annoying. I have to be careful or it scratches my chin.

Superior neck pillow design
I love this neck pillow. Regular U shaped neck pillows donât work for me because they are too bulky in the back pushing my head forward with no support in the front which is very uncomfortable. I was looking for a different design that might work and this is it. This is like a neck brace meets a neck pillow with lots of support all the way around your head and not too bulky in the back. I love the hood to protect my hair/head from public seat backs. I also love how small it packs up into the little bag which is way more convenient than the U shaped neck pillows. This was also a fraction of the price of other brands with this same design. Definitely recommend

Not comfortable.
Could not get comfortable with this. I had high hopes. But, it felt like it was strangling me. Too late to return after being away. I would return it if I could.
