Huge fan of simple, down to earth, Iâd feed this to my family recipes.
As a big fan of SBSâs Cook Up and Adam Liaw over the years, I am enamored by this cookbook and with the 2nd edition of Tonightâs Dinner. For starters, these are recipes I would actually make and eat. Many cookbooks, I love the pictures and ideas. However, I would not make them due to too many ingredients, too much time, or the ubiquitous, I just donât want it anymore factor.Though I wouldnât make ALL the dishes, I would definitely make a majority of them as they are family friendly. I like exposing my children and myself to new flavors, textures, and cultures. This cookbook does not disappoint in any of those points.
