Sturdy metal with a secure mount
This is a sturdy solution for vehicles. It fits snugly on the poles of the head rest as shown in the photo. It is easy enough that my kids (8yo and 11yo) can use it on their own, including adjusting the angle and position of the screen. I love that it’s metal and the clips are secure. I’m a little conservative when it comes to car safety and fear that the kids’ electronics could become projectiles. Most of the headrest mounts I’ve seen are plastic that don’t feel secure. They seem like they would break easily if the vehicle was in an accident. This one does not feel that way. I am very satisfied with the price point and quality. We have used it with phones, iPads, and a Lenovo tablet. All were secure.

Was a bit rough to install but nothing to it. Very sturdy. Moves around with ease and my daughter like it that she didn’t even wanted to get out of the car. Lol.However, be mindful of the case you have. My daughter had the 10th generation ipad with a hard foam cover is a bit thick so it was a some what difficult to fit the iPad. But over all, works great, I planned on getting her a new case anyway so we good. Jeje.

This thing is crap. We are driving far away on vacation and I thought having this would be nice for my daughters tablet but when we went to use it, it kept falling down and didnât hold her tablet up AT ALL. Super aggravating when you counted on this to do one thing but failed. 🙁 Definitely returning. Spend the extra money on a different one! I donât think itâs this one in particular, just junk in general.
