Lifesaver toy set for swim class meltdowns
My 9-month-old daughter started her first swim class last month, and they handed out these toys during the lesson. She loved them—so much so that she cried when we had to give it back at the end. My wife tracked down the exact set here and now we bring our own. The swap-out trick works like a charm—we hand the swim class toy back and immediately give her one from our set to hold on the way home. Crisis averted. Great for water play and parental sanity.

Not using it quite as intended…
So my son is obsessed with fishing poles. He wants to carry one all the time. If we walk past a display of them in a store he wants us to buy him a new one. He doesn’t actually fish with them. He just likes to “cast” and reel it back up whether he is in the house, car or near a body of water. He uses a little 30″ Zebco Dock Demon and we have tried lots of different “weights” for the end of the line so it will fall down when he “casts” but these are perfect!! They are a “fish,” they are the perfect amount of weight, and they are not inherently dangerous. Also, the weight is spread out (as opposed to an actual fishing weight) so if it swings and hits someone/something accidentally it doesn’t really cause damage. I can’t speak to their use when diving in a pool but I can say they are great “weights” for a little boy’s fishing pole and they are extremely durable. They have been wiped clean quite a bit with bleach wipes, drug around on the ground, spilled on, stepped on, bent and flexed a lot and the color hasn’t faded at all.

    Fun toy for the price.

    Cute pool or bathtub toys!
Of course anything Paw Patrol is going to be a hit with my grandkids. These are cute and they use them both in the pool and sometimes the younger three year-old will ask to bring them in the bathtub. I thought that would be a little bigger than they are but they are fairly well-made and I am happy with this purchase. The kids can dive for them in the pool and it teaches them to get their head under the water.

    Fun for kids
These are fun and well made. They don’t due as much as I thought they would but my son still loves playing with them

    Favorite Pool Toy
Ever since I received my first of these (a different brand that is no longer available), they have been my favorite pool toy (for me as well as the kids and grandkids). I need to replace them every two or three years, as they aren’t indestructable. It’s very cool how they maneuver under the water, circling around and eventually surfacing. Fascinating!

    My son loves them
It always a fun time with them in the bathroom. They float and are really cute.

    Nice small toy.

My son has LOVED this bath toy since day one. He stills plays with them three years later. Great quality. The paint has come off the whale a bit. But that is to be expected after this long.

Very fun float toys that spin wide (0.5m) circles to the surface of the water after being submerged.Love that water doesn’t get trapped in it. Strong sturdy plastic and easy for toddler hands to hold.Only bad thing is the plastic box it came in was really hard to get the toys out of. It was very thick clear plastic molded almost exactly to the shape of the toy itself. So I had to use about 3 different bladed tools to get the darn things out. Cut myself on the plastic a few times too

They did just that.. sunk to the bottom of the pool. Consider however they do lay flat making them more a challenge that other sinkies. But i guess that’s the attraction for the kids in the pool.

  13. Matt Shardlow

Not great value for money but my son enjoys them. Very expensive for a toy that essentially does nothing.
