Wonderful basic highchair – great for small spaces!
If you are looking for a basic highchair for a small space this is the high chair for you!!! I love this highchair so much! Every aspect of it is so easy to use – no finicky buttons here! It easily folds, tray comes on and off – so easy to use. I love that it is small and so it doesn’t take up a ton of space. Also it is so nice to have the additional bar running across the front of the seat so that even when you remove the tray you aren’t worried about your little one falling forward out of the seat. The only con that some might find with it is that when folded the tray just hangs on to the back. There is no fastening or latch that keeps it from falling off. So if store in a high traffic area of your home perhaps it would fall off often and easily.

    Designer looking chair
So happy with this purchase. I didn’t want to spend a fortune on designer looking chairs. I didn’t want bulky, heavy, flimsy, pink, blue, grey or ugly prints like so many are on the market. The white with wood looks clean, sleek and high end. The assembly was easy and only took about 15-20 minutes including unpacking. The chair is easy to clean and folds nicely when not in use. I purchased for my first grand baby and I’ll be able to use for future grand babies.

Best high chair I could find
I LOVE THIS HIGHCHAIR. So easy to use, easy to store and most importantly the straps are designed to easily and quickly get the baby out in case of emergency. Which we sadly experienced when my baby begin to choke (she’s okay). I never really thought about how the straps buckle together until that moment. When you push the button to unlatch the straps, both side pop straight out with force behind it to get the straps out of the way quickly. Maybe I should attach a video. My baby is comfortable in this seat at 9 months old and has plenty of room to grow. I searched high and low for a good high chair that accommodated what we need and how little of space we had. This high chair takes up like no space at all. And the coming off to hang on the back while it’s folded up is excellent.I don’t have a photo of the high chair without my baby in it so for privacy reasons I won’t be sharing any.

    Baby looks comfortable
We use every day both chair and tray is sturdy. Size is good for baby 6 months and older. Baby looks comfortable sitting. The tray keeper hook in the back when folded is not so good. The safety belt were very hard to remove for an adult once you fasten it, could have been little more easier, holds baby though. The feet adjustment was a good feature. It is a good product overall value wise.

    Love this high chair
So easy to assemble with no tools! The tray is also easy to take off and put on. Love that I can fold it to put it away after meals. Super cute.

    Great high chair
I bought this for my granddaughter, and it’s great! It’s a good height, easy to get her in and out of it, and easy to clean.

    Easy to clean!
This is perfect for smaller babies and super easy to clean! Most stains wipe off with just a way paper towel.

    Crooked standing
The assembly was easy, but the finished chair did not perfectly align. Multiple attempts could not get it to stand straight. It still seemed sturdy and stable enough, so we kept it, but the overall appearance is disappointing.

I took a long time to read the Solid Starts high chair recommendations. I wanted no fabric seat, adjustable footrest, easy to clean, 5 point harness, legs that don’t stick out to the sides, small footprint, and ideally looks nice. I am pleasantly surprised that this ticks all of the boxes. My kid is 6.5 months old and her feet nearly reach the footrest when it’s in the upper position. We will just use a yoga block on it to give her foot stability for now. A rolled up towel behind her back puts her in the 90-90-90 position to reduce choking risk (90 degree angles at hips, knees and ankles). As a bonus, it looks great and seems extremely easy to clean. No tripping hazard from the legs and no little areas to clean in the seat. I assembled it by myself in less than 10 minutes with no tools required. Super light and probably weighs about 10 lbs. Added bonus that it folds flat and hangs the tray on the back, so we could store it in a closet if needed.

I originally bought the Minla high chair because it was said it was the best for baby. But after 2 months I just couldn’t stand it anymore- it was bulky, the tray was huge, the separator between the legs was massive, it was such a pain to clean, and my baby was so far from touching the footrest. I much preferred the ikea high chair I had at my parent’s but I’m tight on space at home so I needed something compact and foldable. The Float has answered my prayers! Unlike the Minla, this high chair is so much easier to clean- all the surfaces can wiped and buckles clean easily. This is a huge benefit as blw gets very messy! It’s a compact high chair, it doesn’t have a large footprint even when in use so it’s perfect in my condo. The footrest has two settings, and unlike the Minla, my small baby can actually touch the footrest on its highest setting (for reference, my baby is 8m old, 25th percentile). Baby is much more comfortable in this chair and actually enjoys mealtime now !A few considerations with this chair; as mentioned in other reviews, the backrest is not very tall and there is no recline option. This is not a dealbreaker for me since my baby sits here only for meals. But if you enjoy those features then this high chair may not be for you. The other review I saw was someone saying their suction plates don’t suction to the tray. I use the munchkin bamboo plate and have found it to suction just fine.Overall this high chair has everything I have been looking for!

Purchased for use when our 7 mo/old granddaughter visits. Her Mom (my kid) is experimenting with baby-led feeding. Meaning, that baby gets to eat real, adult food using just her hands. What does this look like? Like throwing food into a wood chipper! Baked zucchini, ripe avocado, whole strawberries, you name it, all get hand-mashed and flung far and wide. Remarkably, a little food actually finds its way to our little Angel’s lips. I believe her hand/eye is getting marginally better. Now, who picks up the drop cloth and wipes down the chair when the visit ends? Yup, the old guy. And I have to tell you that the construction, materials, and smooth-edged design of this chair makes cleanup a breeze. Assembly was painless and it sits rock solid. Also plenty of straps and buckles to use if you like, to secure your own little food-fighter.And if you’re not into a highchair as a permanent dining room feature, it folds up fast to stash away till the next little mealtime adventure. These olds give it a solid recommendation.

This high chair is great! It is sturdy and easy to clean. The baby is comfortable. I also like how it fits in the decor and looks good in photographs. Of course, I take 1,000s of pics of my baby grandson.
