Actual neck pain reliever
The item looks just like it does in their picture. I gave this to someone who’s had constant aches in the neck back area and this was the very first one that was really received well! It’s nice not to have it pounding into you but more so massaging like it’s supposed to be doing for you. And as I gave it to somebody older, I am very glad it has a safety for the heat / mechanism to turn off after a certain time. I tried it myself and it’s wonderful, it’s not cheaply made but it was a very good price.

This thing works!
Most of these type massagers are a “pain” to use but this one is exceptional. I keep it plugged in beside my recliner and after a day of staring and leaning over a computer my back aches terribly between my shoulder blades. This baby works out all that tension fast and helps my muscles relax and then allows me to sleep better. The design makes it easy to guide it down to the lower back as well. Actually, there is not really any area it cannot be used. The pressure is adjusted by how you hold it and how tight you hold it. You can even lean back in your chair with it running for more pressure if needed. Again, I wasn’t sure I’d like this as I have not cared for others in the past, but this thing is great and easily hangs by the bottom openings on a clothes hanger to store in your closet!

Doesn’t heat up as it is stated.
I received this today and immediately turned it on and used it. It is pretty heavy for me and pulsates strongly. And the heat..I will say it may be about 40 degrees at most; it’s definitely not 115 degrees. You don’t need hot but I do need pretty warm like 60-70 degrees. I fell and broke my shoulder and fractured my neck about 1-1/2 yrs ago and am still in pain even with physical therapy. It is not as expensive as most of the others like this. So for the price, I think it’s a deal.

Just what the dentist ordered!
My dentist told me tight muscles in my back and neck were causing me to grind my teeth at night. His advice? Have my husband massage me daily. Unfortunately, my husband, while lovely, has not been living up to the dentistâs orders, so I had to find another way to get the job done! 🙂 This is the perfect addition to my self-care routine. The massage feels like if your friend rubbed your shoulders, but they actually knew what they were doing (and they so rarely do!). I love the heat feature. Itâs gentle and relaxing. You can change the position of the massager to hit different areas on your neck and shoulders as well. Overall, an excellent buy for stress relief!

Father’s Day gift
Gave to my husband as a Father’s Day gift. He loves it & still uses it today. The only feature he doesn’t care for is the automatic timer. It will cut itself off every 15min. Safety feature.

Be careful if sensitive
After my friend sang its praises, I bought this to help with my tension. The design is fine, but this was not comfortable at all for me to use and was borderline painful in the majority of locations, and not in the good knot-undoing way.After 15 minutes of use on the slow setting against my lower back last night, I woke up today to soreness and visible bruising in the same spot.Maybe some people are just more sensitive, Iâm not sure. This was supposed to help my back pain and tension, not make it worse.

I bought this for my dad. He always suffers with aches and pains so this was a much needed item for him. Heat level is great, massage quality is also good, Iâm sure it helps his pain relief and Iâve not heard anything bad from him. I think he likes the portability of it, he has the sit on version which can be a little bit clunky, this is just the ticket.
