    I’d recommend using this or something similar to everyone. It helps me focus on the positive things in life and encourages me to do things on the list. I felt “hug a tree” was a bit hard to do every day so I changed that one to “give a hug”. Hugs are very important to ones mental health. There is scientific evidence, look it up. <3

    This is a good product, if you keep up with it. I really wanted to do this, but trying to keep up with yet another thing proved to be a bit much for me with my schedule, so most of the pages have gone unused in mine as of yet. It is a really good idea if you can make time to keep up with it.

    The writing is TINY as is the blocks to write money figures. Wished I would have passed on this and just did old fashion notebook. While it wasn’t that expensive waste of money.
