These are amazing when you want to quickly cut a food item and you donât wanna pull out the cutting board and regular knife. Very sharp, great for cutting thick and fibrous vegetables. I use it in my RV whereas small size items are very helpful.

These veggie scissors looked amazing straight out of the box. Sleek design, five ultra-sharp bladesâclearly ready to turn a pile of parsley into a Michelin-level garnish. I was excited. Hopeful. Hungry.Thenâbefore they ever touched a single vegetableâthey touched me. More specifically, they met my hand. And then my tendon. One wrong move while trying to secure the scissors, and boom: straight to urgent care, starring in my own cautionary tale.Diagnosis? Fully severed tendon. Iâve already had surgery, and now Iâm staring down weeks of occupational therapy. So while these scissors never met a carrot, they did meet my flexor digitorum profundus, and let me tell youâit never stood a chance.Still giving 3 stars because honestly, the product delivers. It just delivered a little too hard, too fast, and directly into my hand. Use with caution. Or maybe just admire them from across the kitchen. Possibly behind glass.
