Still going strong after years â a must-have for toddler travel!
Weâve had our hiccapop toddler travel bed for a few years now, and itâs still holding up like a champ! Itâs come with us on road trips, plane travel, camping, hotel stays, and grandmaâs house â and itâs never let us down.The safety bumpers are a lifesaver (especially during those wiggly toddler sleep phases), and the bed inflates quickly with the included pump. Itâs durable, comfy, and easy to pack up. No air leaks, no fuss â just a solid, reliable bed our kid actually sleeps in!If you travel with littles even a few times a year, this is 100% worth it. Excellent product & warranty
We bought this back in 2021. Itâs gone on several trips with us, sleepovers, and more. It is way more convenient and space efficient to pack instead of a pack n play. Kids sleep well on the air mattress. Bumpers on the mattress work well for younger kiddos. We took it to a sleepover a week or so ago, and for the first time the mattress & bumper didnât hold their inflation. I was planning to repurchase immediately (weâve recommended the product to many people over the years) when I noticed the âlifetime guaranteeâ print on the mattress. Reached out to Hiccapop. It was very quick and efficient. Their customer service team was easy to work with, and we just got replacement parts from Hiccapop in the mail today. OUTSTANDING Customer service . I donât write many reviews , however this product I felt I should. Purchased 2 years ago. Found a small leak last month & they took immediate action and honored their warranty WITHOUT jumping through hoops. It is very rare to work with such an awesome customer service center This portable toddler bed has been to VA, NY, TN, NC, GA, & SC numerous trips Easy to pack , easy to blow up & easy to deflate . Fits nicely in hotel rooms as well. Recommend 100% based on product & customer service .

I bought two if these for my 2 1/2 year old twin granddaughters. They are great, comfy , easy set up/take down . Great buy & extremely satisfied with this product & company . We used the mattressâs once & next time, we used the mattress, one wouldnât hold air, unable to find the leak, I contacted customer service via email, literally barely two minutes later, I received a very warm welcoming response . This company made the return completely effortless â¦. From my initial contact to delivery of replacement mattress, was exactly 1 week & 1 day. Love this Company!
I bought this toddler air mattress FIVE YEARS ago. It had traveled with us all over the country and has been used for each of our 3 children as they were born. Recently we discovered that the mattress wouldnât hold air anymore. I noticed the lifetime warranty label on it so I gave them a call and they were AMAZING! Not only were they very friendly but they had my claim processed, approved and a replacement sent out all within 24 hours. I will definitely continue to support this company!

Great product and customer service
This is literally the best investment to make for your kiddo. We travel frequently and have used this bed numerous amounts of times. We also additionally purchased a toddler thick mattress pad that rolls up and our kiddo sleeps like a rock. We purchased this in 2021 and I just realized I never left a review. I have had to replace the inner mattress once earlier this year and just had to replace the outer bumper. Their customer service is amazing and their mattress truly has a lifetime warranty. Our kiddo is 7 and he probably has another 2-3 years of use left length wise. This is the best buy for sure!

Short term use only
I use this as an everyday bed. I’ve had it for a year now I can say that the creases has began to Crack at around the 9 month mark and air leaks out slowly. I used the glue and patch kit that came with it and so far it’s held up ok. I highly doubt it will last another year.

Solid Value – Company Stands by its Warranty
Fabulous customer service! The life-time warranty stands the test of time! Inside the outer bumper is a notice of the life-time warranty and contact information to reach out to the company. I recently received a replacement for the outer shell of this bed (which was almost three years old). The service team walked me through the steps required for replacement including locating my receipt. The ease of inflation and setup is perfect! While less expensive items are available on the market, if you plan to use this for multiple children this unit is worth the price!

We tested it during a local getaway and my toddler loved it. Then we took it on a European trip (all that extra weight in the suitcase!), but it was NOT compatible with the overseas voltage even with the adapter & converter. What a waste. Turns out, this info was on their website and user manual, but obviously it was not that visible.

UPDATE SEPT 2021: BE AWARE!!! I just went to request a replacement mattress for this bed as there was a leak. I reached out to Amazon about the warranty and they stated that I needed to reach out to the seller. The seller said it wasn’t their problem and told me to bring it up with the manufacturer and I was just told today that the manufacturer DOES have a lifetime warranty on this product BUT the lifetime warranty is NOT VALID in CANADA! I have opened a case with Amazon to escalate this to the seller B&B GLOBAL INC. in hopes to get my replacement.I will add that the MANUFACTURER has been AMAZING to deal with throughout this ordeal. If you are in the US – this is a great product and backed by a great manufacturer. Any buyers in CANADA – BEWARE!!!This bed is super easy to setup and to pack up. I’ve had no issue with it leaking air/deflating. My little guy (2.5yrs) loves it. He sleeps so well in it and the sides are high enough that it keeps him from falling out. I would definitely recommend this product!
