These are great. The cover act is a way to also claim between the blades. The blades are very sharp so do not let your fingers get snipped while you are snipping Herbs. Also donât try to clean the plates with your fingers because, again, they are sharp and they will cut you if youâre just rubbing your fingers against the blades.

Perfect for my needs!
I use these differently that just for spices. They are quite strong and because of that they have given me back the ability to eat foods I have not been able to for quite some time.There was an issue with my oral surgery and it left me toothless and dentures will not stay in because of how it was handled. I can not afford the bone replacement and implants so my food was quite limited.One day I tried the pair I had for herbs on a roast beef sub. For the first time in a very long time I was able to eat it without being embarrassed or struggle. I was looking for a second pair and found these. They came with the extra piece to help clean between the blades. After getting these I had a steak for the first time in years!!! I was easily able to sit with my family and eat with them without having to use my fingers to break the food apart when my tongue and gums were not enough.They work great for making cheese balls to cut up the green onions and ham. That was how I first discovered them when my niece was using them for that purpose. We were setting up for a very large gathering and it gave us much more time to get the cheese balls andhave time left to put together some other things without stressing over the time.Great product for more uses than the intended ones for sure.

Not that sharp
I like the idea of multiple blades to shred mints, scallions or coriander leafs to garnish dish/salads. But not sure if I got a dull scissors or what, I find it difficult to cut smooth. They don’t seem to cut when you have a bunch of coriander leaf. They get stuck between blades. Didn’t meet the expectation.

Game changer for mincing everything from rosemary to green onions.
I bought these as a gift for my mom but didn’t get a set for myself. I can’t believe I waited so long. These things are great. I use a lot of cilantro, rosemary, parsley and other herbs and it saves a bunch of time mincing them. The little comb thingy helps clean the blades and they have survived the dishwasher multiple times so far. I’m a fan.
