Even I can use it, even with carrots
This review is for good cook quartering tool in green.Knives thrown like a clown juggler…with no one catching them … my Absence Seizures mean I randomly throw things into the air…which makes using knives a pretty iffy activity 😆😬But this is one tool which is helping me perform meal time prep work again. If it bonks me on the head I should be okay.I’m not sure what’s so fun to use about this, but it is. I’ve quartered baby cucumbers, baby carrots, strawberries, grape tomatoes, brussel sprouts and grapes. All with surprising ease. I just keep going and going. So far it’s handled multiple bags of baby carrots. So… durable. Thick plastic, not flimsy. The blades haven’t rusted.Medium easy to clean. For the most part I just rinse it frequently under the faucet. I do occasionally have to get in there with a brush, and it takes a few moments. To clean it I take off the outer sleeve and rinse everything under the water faucet. Sometimes I get a small brush in there to help things that are stuck. Lightweight but sturdy.I use it to help make things smaller. Chewing is painful for me so this helps.I also use it to make presentation fruit and vegetable trays for company and for roasting and stir frying.Sometimes the bigger strawberries I kind of have to push it gently in there or go ahead and cut in half. Carrots I do push gently down, from the top of the carrot, onto the blades, just enough to hold it into place while I place the pushing tool… LOL sorry I don’t have names…Cute.Mine came in two different and pleasant shades of green. Neither too bright nor too neutral. If you really stick your fingers in there while cleaning you could potentially cut yourself but I haven’t yet so that says something. So I would call it as safe as a cutting instrument can be. But it is still a sharp cutting instrument!I feel like it’s giving me a very good value so far. One of the better values lately. It’s not at all flimsy but thick material. It does the one thing so it’s not terribly versatile… but as I said it does go from vegetables to fruit, so I guess that’s some versatility. I personally like something that does one thing and does it well. This is that.I tried to provide a well narrated but poorly directed video. If you have questions that might have answered them. But Amazon kept saying you can only upload one video Even though there was only one video. Got me.

Great Slicer for Grapes, but Not Perfect for Everything
I bought this slicer because cutting grapes one by one for my toddler was taking forever. This slicer has been a huge time-saver for that! I chose this one because it seemed versatile, being compatible with more than just grapes, and I appreciate that flexibility. It works great for grapes, and I’m really happy with it in that regard. However, I still find myself reaching for a knife for certain things, like cutting the tops off strawberries or when the fruit is too large for the slicer. It’s not a huge issue for me since my main goal was to speed up grape cutting, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re planning to use it for a variety of fruits.Overall, I’m satisfied with the slicer, and it does exactly what I need it to do. I wouldn’t take away any stars for these limitations because it still does

    A toddler can do it!
Love this for cutting up fruit. My 3 year old can do it! The only downside is that the opening is kind of small, so you can’t put a large strawberry in it without it getting completely smashed. But the ease far outways that! It’s also pretty sharp and I think will last a while!

Why didn’t I get this sooner
I’ve been cutting up strawberries for our yogurt breakfast for years until I came across this divider. What I wanted I don’t think exists, some kind of cube cutting device that’s would cut strawberries in smaller bites and also be a small sized device.Still, very happy with this one. All I do is cut a strawberry, the turn around and cut them again. Also use it for blueberries. So much easier to get breakfast ready with this cutter. Easy to clean up, seems well made after only using it a few weeks.

    Great snack helper
This is a great gadget to quickly cut fruits and veggies. My children (8 and 5) use this to independently cut their snacks. Great value and feels very sturdy. It easily cuts through carrots and other harder veggies easily. The design is large enough that it is easy to hold for little hands. Works great!

I liked this while it worked. After a few months the top fell off and now it’s hard to push down. I have to use a towels

My kiddo eats a LOT of fruit, and this thing is amazing. My husband even jokes about my gadget collection, but this one is his favourite. Easily cuts up grapes, strawberries, blueberries… Great product, durable, easy to clean.

This has been game changer for quick roasted potatoes. It is safe enough to use with my 3 year old and easy enough to use one handed!
