I was very surprised when I took these out of the package how solid the plastic felt. They are easy to clean and contain lunches and snacks very well. They also come with Cute food forks, and two small sauce cups with lids! We were able to fit a half of a peanut butter sandwich in one section So I would say they are decent capacity, We did not add anything liquid, so I cannot vouch if they are leak proof they probably are not because there is no silicone or rubber seal around the tops, But they They Function to hold solids! Great value and make lunch fun
