As a Christian I was hoping these would be more neutral. They definitely lean heavily towards Buddhism. I can appreciate and respect other religions. I donât have a problem utilizing most of these techniques, but some go directly against my belief system.With that being said, there are many great things about the cards and would be a fantastic purchase for those who are not devoted Christ followers.The cards are the perfect size, easy to read, information is easy to understand and follow through with the activities. I believe they have helped and will help many people and in the anxious world we live in, thatâs a good thing. Great product overall.

Perfect meditation starter kit
I purchased these as a gift for my daughter who wanted to start a meditation practice without a particular spiritual slant and they are perfect for that! She loves the design of them and that they each have a purpose. The size is compact, but legible. Sheâs very happy with her deck and pleased with this gift!

I purchased this as a gift for someone so I did not open it and didnât see any of the cards myself. I was thinking about re-ordering another one as another gift for someone and noticed this:Why werenât these checked before print? In the product photos, the 2nd picture: #1-âWhat are we working so hard, if not to spend quality time with our loved ones?â Itâs missing a word or incorrect grammar? #2 is double spaced after the word âfamily. You can beâ¦â Itâs embarrassing to purchase this to give us a gift if thereâs several errors when itâs meant to be positive and uplift someone.
