A Modern Travel Necessity
I first saw these new cell phone holders on a recent flight and I immediately wanted to try it out. This particular phone holder has springs that attach the holder to your tray table or other similar edge (up to 1.5″). You then have huge variety of ways that you can insert your phone (again with a spring holder) and rotate the screen for optimum viewing. Paired with BT wireless earphones, this works amazingly well for movies or music. It looks like it could accommodate a phone up to 3.5″ wide or less (but must be at least 2.25″ wide).Personally, I’m not a huge fan of the seafoam green color but it is easy to spot at the bottom of the backpack. And, the holder rotates using plastic ratchets and it seems like they may wear out over time. So, I’m not expecting this to last forever, but it worked great on its inaugural flight and for the price it is easy enough to get another down the road. This little gizmo makes travelling a little more bearable at a bargain price.

Nice gadget for traveling.
Nice stand but felt a bit on the cheap side for material. I had to take my phone out of its case to use it, which I sorta expected. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max.It did hold up and work well. I obviously couldn’t take a picture of it while using it. Maybe I can add one later to something at home.We hit some turbulence and it still seemed to hold on well. I didn’t use it my whole flight but that was because I decided to watch what was on the inflight tv.Overall, not bad. Nice price but again, seemed a bit cheap when it came to weight.

A TRAVEL STAPLE!
I’ve become such a fan of tension-based phone holders lately – even if you have magnetic charging on your phone, these are so useful for holding a litany of other things! I got my partner into them too and we’re giving them to our family as gifts. They seem so lightweight, but do a great job of holding a phone (or small tablet, or whatever fits in a small spring-action “grip”) in any situation. With this model, you are sacrificing a little bit of space to gain a little bit of weight, which is more valuable to my partner (other models are heavier, but take up less space). So it’s just a matter of what kind you prefer! These will definitely hold and despite being plastic, can take a bit of a beating. They’re not as fragile as they look!

This si the most unique pheon holder I’ve seen, and I”M very impressed with it’s applications.The springs to hold the phone in place are not too strong or weak but just right. I have a 6.75″ phone and it holds it well with pads on the inside of the holder parts to not damage the phone.What I really like is the other side of the holder and and the entire mechanism.I can use it to hold the phone sitting on a table, or clip it onto things quite securely which is where this holder shines.The only part I”M a bit worried about is when the arms are articulated, how long it will stay rigid. When moving the phone to different angles the resistance is strong in a good way. What I’m wondering about is loooong term use.This is very cleverly designed and well made. I like it a lot! â
