So my other half collects ball caps honestly I don’t understand it you only have one head and you can only wear so many and some of them he doesn’t even wear but he has them just to have them so I don’t know even though I don’t understand it I just laugh at it.The only thing is is he’s got so many of them and to find the right way to keep them out of the way but make him happy by still being able to display them in some sort of way I ran across this and I thought he’s got 102 hats right now. This says it holds 108. So he has a couple more to spare and obviously if we like this then we’ll obviously order another setSo when I open the package I was expecting it to be each rack the same size but I do understand they all fit inside each other however when you put them up if you put them up in the way that shows that shows you too you actually really don’t notice the little smidge smaller each one is and and that’s okay it doesn’t mean your qualities less or anything like that.So we are actually painting the room that this is going to go up and it’s going to go in his office, so that’ll keep it nice and organized and make him happy and he can look at them and choose and decide what he wants to wear when he wants to wear them and show them off as well.The wire it just it’s pretty good quality I mean it’s not extremely well but you know you’re just holding ball caps so but it says it can hold I think 40 lb each so that’s pretty good weight. What I like is in between each row they have the the little ball caps that can hang down so in between each rack we’ve got those. I also see where I can use another wire racks at like this for my stuff it doesn’t have to be for ball caps it can be for pocketbooks and and things like that and clutches and and all that stuff so I actually might get another two sets of these more for his ball caps and then a set for myself.So I will pop up a picture as soon as I have the room painted and the ballcaps are up and in. I think it’s wise to definitely make sure when you’re putting into your wall that you have the right anchors and things like that cuz you certainly don’t want anything to fall down out of your walls that’s for anything you have.But so far at the moment I like what I see and I’m excited to put it up on the wall I kind of played around with it to see if it would fall apart at any of the welds or anything because it is kind of a thin type of wire I just thought I’d give it you know a little once over before I make the holes in the walls and all that stuff it seems pretty sturdy very rugged very nice and tough so I think this is a great idea my other half thought this was absolutely beautiful that he could put all his caps up on the wall cuz we were kind of discussing it and I was telling him he needed to get rid of some and the fact that I’m supporting his ball cap collection fetish is beautiful.I have been selected from Amazon to participate in the Vine program, part of this program is I get to test different products and give you my unbiased opinion I am not a paid participant I am open to be as brutal or in love with an item as I can so you the consumer are able to make honest informed decision to want to purchase an item or it’s not a good fit for you. If you didn’t notice, each of the three wall hat organizers is a slightly different size. This allows them to be shipped nested inside each other to save space. The hat “hooks” are identical in size and can attach to any of the three wall hat organizers. My caps fit in all three sizes, so that’s not an issue.The kit comes with an installation package consisting of seven each of the following: drywall anchors, drywall anchor screws, short bolts to connect the hooks to the racks, nuts to go with the bolts, and a Phillips head screwdriver (which looks like a hex wrench) that fits all the included screws and bolts. To fully install everything, you only need six of each component, but they graciously included a seventh as a spare. You will need to provide your own drill and a 1/4” drill bit. Each rack requires two screws to attach it to the wall and two bolts/nuts to attach the hook unit to the bottom of the rack. If you want to attach the three racks and three hook units separately, you’ll need to provide additional screws.I didn’t test the racks to see how much weight they can handle before causing damage, but they had no issues holding a bunch of caps. The wire diameter is about 0.107”, and the flat steel surrounding the top is about 0.07” thick.The design is simple, but it works well for caps and other accessories. I can hang frequently used caps off the ends of the rack, and there’s plenty of storage for all the caps I’ve picked up around the world on my adventures.Overall, it’s a practical way to store a lot of caps.
