Fantastic Flange Inserts
Great product if you need to change your flange size due to your Medela pump having flanges that are too big. I got this to try out a few sizes because âthe girlsâ have changed so much postpartum- who knew! These are the inserts that have to be used in a flange that is larger sized like a 24. I figured out that the inserts donât work as well for me but thereâs a lot of trial and error in my breastfeeding journey.Anyways this is fantastic quality, a great price and the includes helpful things like a nipple measurement tool as well as a cleaning tool.Overall- Highly recommended if you want an insert for your flange and you need to figure out which one works best for you.

I like that it came with a nipple guide to help you figure out what size was best, I also thought for the price you got more size options, another plus is the sponge to clean. These have worked amazing in my wall pump flanges. They have been such a good investment

Pumping game changer!
Absolutely changed the way I was pumping! If I could have put one thing on my registry for personal items, I would have added this. The flanges made such a huge difference in the way I was pumping. All the flanges are super soft and fit right into the breast pump. I personally used the spectra 2 and had no issues with it. It comes with a convenient little brush to clean them after use. The sizer that comes with it as well is easy to use to know what is the right size for you. Each baggie is also labeled as well so thereâs no confusion which helped a lot and thereâs many different sizes.

All sizes fit great in the 24mm
These fit with the Modela pump but with the correct measured flange, it wasn’t helping me drawl anything. I went through all the sizes and it still didn’t work. I eventually caved and used the actual 24mm that wasn’t my size, and pulled more than the nipple (so painful) I have with the pump, and then it worked. I’m just so perplexed because the product does what is needed but nothing came out and I know I correctly installed the parts.

10/10, I absolutely loved the silicone measuring tool to measure my nipple, I was pretty sure from last time that I was NOT a 24mm (most people aren’t, I think) and turns out I’m the 17mm! The flanges make it so easy to pump with ease and make sure you’re getting all of your milk out!!

I was really impressed with these flanges! They came in a bunch of different sizes, which made it easy to find the perfect fit. I also appreciated that they included a measuring tool to help figure out which size I neededâsuper helpful for someone unsure where to start. The measuring piece was great! Helped me find my right size. The inserts didnât fit super well into the existing flange and hurt my breast when pumping. Ended up just getting a flange in my correct size and it works great!

Recently learned how to properly size my flange from a lactation consultant and she recommended I purchase this kit. Comes with a measuring tool as well as several different sizes. It is a bit of a waste to have so many varieties that youâll likely never use but can be helpful if you like to âtrial and errorâ a bit. You will get better pumping results with better fitting pieces.
