My four year old loves this sweatshirt. I’d say it’s probably true to size. We bought a size up for oversized and it fits as we wanted.

Fantastic lightweight hoodie for toddler
I like the pattern as it’s more difficult to see stains. Nice for the cold summer mornings. The elastic around the wrists keeps its shape. Nice to roll up when their little arms aren’t quite long enough yet. The strings in the hood are super long, at first that made me nervous. It actually turned into a little teether for a little bit when she’s tired. Sometimes I’ll just tie it tight so it’s out of the way, but you could also just pull it out and toss it.Mrs. Johnson

Kiddo LOVES the Dinos
PROS: My 2.5 year old daughter loves her Dino shirt! We’ve had it several weeks, and she still specifically asks to wear it and talks all about it – “rarhhhhs” included. It fits as expected based on their size chart. Currently about 33.5 lb, 37” tall in a 3T. Comfy and roomy, but not too baggy or long in the arms. The multicolor pattern on dark background is really forgiving for spills and stains. It’s a medium-light weight sweatshirt. Great for inside or layering. But not super warm.CONS: (1) the material is a little rough or scratchy on the inside. I let her wear it part of a day without a t-shirt underneath once, and her chest and belly were a little red/irritated. Not a big deal – we just wear the t-shirt always now. She still loves it. (2) This is minor, but I think worth a mention, there’s no tag or size identification along the back collar at all. It’s likely more comfortable this way! But it’s kind of annoying to not be able to tell what size it is without looking at your Amazon order history. And it kind of confuses my husband about which side is the front.

Lightweight and stretchy
My daughter who is a lover of all things girlie and Dino’s love this sweatshirt so much. Sadly every dinosaur things that can be found in a brick and mortar stores seem like it’s specifically targeting boys, which is disappointing. She was glitter, pink, frilly and Dino’s. Girls can love dinosaurs too!I especially love that it’s on the thinner side, like terry cloth material because she tends to run hot. Great layering piece, and good all year long.Highly recommended!
