Great for Pushpin backing for Map used for places visited.
Used for putting up United States map with roadways. Great for putting pins for places visited with corkboard backing map to hold pins. Draw lines on major highway across the U.S. that have driven on.

It seems fine. There was a slight curve in the board which ,while not a big deal, did prevent out from sitting completely flat against the wall. it may resolve itself as it acclimates to our environment.

Poorly designed product
Unfortunately, I only read the other reviews after I purchased this product. As everyone else has noted, the board has a minor defect that by itself wouldn’t have mattered. Most importantly, the board is warped, and the bottom stands out from the wall an extra inch, leaving a gap and casting an annoying shadow. The method for hanging the board is badly designed, difficult to install, and damaging to the wall when the board was removed. Be warned! Read the reviews BEFORE you buy, not after.

Really thin, included hardware was not to our specific preference
Good size, sturdy. The hardware it came with seemed unnecessarily complicated so we bought our own sawtooth picture hanger for it. The cork is very thin, and not deep enough to fit a regular thumbtack.
