Not good for chopping!
I like OXO products because I have arthritis in my hands. It is comfortable. However, for chopping, it doesnât work well for me.

Perfect! Found it as a recommendation for sourdough bread, very good and sturdy.

Good quality, easy to use but the blade is very blunt. I would prefer a sharper blade to cut into doughs, however it is excellent in collecting veggies from cutting board or counter top.
