Beautifully designed therapy cards. Messages are useful and easy to relate to.
This is a generic branded set of secular or “mindfulness” therapy cards for women. They are housed in a nice hinged metal case and there’s a wood stand inside so you can display a specific card. These cards are pretty with nice AI style art designs and soft pastel colors. The messages are generic enough to apply to anyone, but specific enough to stimulate thought and derive deeper personal meaning. I ordered these as a New Year helper but of course these cards have no specific time or season associated with them. The messages will work well for working with issues such as regret or low self esteem. I would start with these by just drawing a random card per day and reflecting on the message as the day’s events unfold, then revisit it again in the evening once you’ve had some time to reflect on its message to you. These would also work well as journaling prompts. I am actually really impressed with this set. I will find them useful going forward into the New Year and beyond.
