Excellent Proactive Customer Service!!
We had to cancel our annual Grandma & Papa four day camping trip with our 4 grandchildren due to COVID-19. I thought, time to get creative. Decided to have a camp out at our house, create a “water wonderland” in our yard and celebrate all their birthdays missed due to COVID-19. This product was super fun for my grandchildren. Easy instructions and the product has a water image for the areas needed to be filled with water instead of air and the air was easy to fill using a simple portable air pump.Had a great time on the first day. Unfortunately, on the second day the seams ripped on the curved “bumper” causing the water to drain. It was necessary for me to run to Target to buy a couple of Slip-n-Slides and water balloons to continue our little water wonderland. This is the fantastic part, the seller sent me an email asking how our experience was. I explained what happened without whining, complaining and with zero expectations (I typically do not like to return product under a certain amount and write reviews unless something fantastic happens) . The seller was dismayed to hear our experience, sincerely apologized and offered to send a new package at no cost. I thought, “WOW, this is awesome!” and agreed to accept the exchanged unit. Now, more fantastic stuff… The return instructions were extremely simple, they did not require me to pack up the water slide and send it back. They issued an RMA number, provided the next steps and the exchange unit is on it’s way. For someone like me who is in the technology industry where it is never “if” the product has issues, it is truly “when” issues come up, it’s all about proactive customer service and resolving the issue with customer satisfaction. This seller has done exactly that and I will not hesitate to buy from them again! If I could rate 10 stars, I would 🙂

Not worth the money
I had high hopes for this, but in the end, I could only use the pool. The arch doesn’t stay up at all and it didn’t squirt out the water. I had to throw it away and wasted so much money. Buy something else.

Slide is thin material
Not as nice quality as I hoped for. The actual slide part was very thin and the rest of the slide didnât stay up well. The Velcro pieces didnât stick well. Ended up just using the kiddy pool part and tossing the rest.

the slip and slide stays in place. The water hose sprayer does not stay on place. The kids still had a great time. Very easy to drain the water.

Good value for the cost
My boys have played on this for several hours and itâs held up well. The arch does not stay up well, since one side of it has Velcro to hold it in placeâ¦. But we just position it toward the slip and slide mat and let it water the mat. My kids love it.

Not impressedâ¦
I had been eye balling this item for months. Another local store had a limited amount in stock and ran out before I could get one, which was probably a sign. Found it on Here and was so excited to get it. Everything looked great once we set it up and got it going until the side where water fills up on the slip n slide busted⦠it lasted maybe 24 hours and it split open at the seams. It isnât fixable with a patch so it is basically trash now. It helped block and steer the slider towards the little pool, without it you have to maneuver yourself to turn. The pool has been useful but thatâs about it. Donât recommend due to poor quality. It was good for less than 24 hours of use but out of that time frame it was used maybe 2 hours.

Poor product quality
Recent bought for my daughterâs 4th birthday party. Set up and the slip and slide instantly ripped after a few kids went down. For the price you pay I would expect a longer use time out of it.
