Could be better, but it’s OK for what it is
This food chopper is decent, but it has a few design flaws that hold it back from being truly great. One point of confusion is the black part of the unitâit’s unclear whether it’s meant to be the top or the bottom. If it’s supposed to be the bottom, the design could use improvement, as it doesnât stay securely in place. Iâd recommend storing the chopper with the black part on top to prevent it from falling off or getting misplaced.I tested it by chopping some peaches, and while it worked for the most part, there were a few issues. Some pieces were too tough for the blades to cut through completely, and fibrous strands from the fruit got stuck in the blades. I initially tried rinsing them off, but the strands wouldnât budge and I had to manually pull them offâsomething to keep in mind if you’re working with stringy or soft fruits.On the positive side, I do like how compact it is. It doesn’t take up much counter or storage space, and itâs convenient for quickly chopping soft foods, especially when preparing meals for my babies.Overall, itâs a useful tool for light chopping, but some improvements in design and cleaning ease would make it much better.

Definitely makes chopping more fun!
This chopper is so fun to chop with. I’ve done some fruit and potatoes so far and it slices through everything very well. The potatoes take a little extra pressure to really push through them but that’s expected with how hard they are.It made making homemade fries super easy but I did have to make sure the potato wasn’t longer or wider than the container which took a bit of digging through the bag for ones that would fit properly. Not a huge issue to me.It is well made and I found it to be very easy to clean after use as well.

Compact, works well with fruit
This vegetable chopper is smaller and less durable than I expected. I am concerned about how long it will actually last with continuous use. While it performs adequately with softer foods like berries, it requires significant effort to process harder vegetables such as potatoes. Unfortunately, it doesn’t meet my primary need, which was dicing onions so I wouldn’t have to handle them as much, but it still requires them to be pre-sliced into pretty small pieces. On the positive side, it’s easy to clean, dishwasher-safe, and stores compactly.
